Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Boba Shop (“the App”) handles information when you play on iOS or Android.
1. Who we are
Boba Shop is a casual pour-and-sort puzzle with optional advertising. It is not directed to children under 13. The App includes ads and a fictional Lucky spin reward mechanic (no real-money gambling).
2. Information we collect
- Local game data — progress, coins, inventory, and settings stored on your device (for example via AsyncStorage).
- Advertising & measurement data — when ads are enabled, Google AdMob and related partners may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID / IDFA where permitted), approximate location derived from IP, crash/diagnostic signals, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads.
- Consent records — in regions where required (for example the EEA/UK), the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may store your ad consent choices.
We do not require an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email, or precise GPS location inside the App.
3. How we use information
- To run gameplay and remember your progress on device.
- To show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads and to measure ad performance.
- To honor privacy choices (ATT on iOS; UMP consent where required).
4. Sharing
Advertising partners (notably Google AdMob and its mediation/network partners) process data as independent controllers or processors under their own policies. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob disclosures.
5. Your choices
- iOS — you can allow or deny tracking via App Tracking Transparency and Limit Ad Tracking / Apple privacy settings.
- EEA/UK and similar regions — manage consent through the in-app UMP form when presented. You may also reset advertising identifiers in system settings.
- Delete local data — uninstalling the App removes on-device save data.
6. Children
The App is not designed for children under 13 (COPPA). Do not use the App if you are under the age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. International users
Ad partners may process data in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, lawful bases include consent and legitimate interests for basic ads/measurement as configured in AdMob Privacy & messaging.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
