By downloading or using Boba Shop (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Boba Shop is a free puzzle game. Optional advertisements and rewarded video offers may appear. Virtual coins, spins, and items have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
2. No real-money gambling
The Lucky spin / jackpot-style feature is entertainment only. It does not involve wagering real money, and outcomes do not award cash or prizes of monetary value.
3. Eligibility
The App is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under the age required for digital consent in your country.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, cheat, abuse ad networks, or use the App in any unlawful way. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.
5. Ads & third parties
Ads are provided by Google AdMob and partners. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when ads are shown. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
